How much does a pool cost?
A pool shell alone runs about $25K to $60K. A full outdoor living project usually lands around $75K to $100K, and can pass $250K with premium finishes. We price your yard after the on-site consultation.
Can you add a pool to a yard that's already landscaped?
Yes. We plan around what you want to keep and redesign what has to move. Equipment access and slope affect the design, so we look at both on site.
Do you handle permits and HOA approval?
We handle build planning and permitting, and help with HOA submittals. We'd rather sort that out during design than after the excavator arrives.
Where should the pool go?
It depends on sun, slope, views and how you'll use the yard. We place it with the patio, kitchen and seating in mind, so the whole yard works together.
Can we build in phases?
Yes. We design the full yard first, then build in phases that fit your budget, so later phases match the original plan.
Do you offer financing?
Yes, financing is available up to $200,000 O.A.C. Call us for details.
