Millburn Lawn & Landscape is a family-owned landscaping company serving communities throughout Salt Lake, Utah, Davis, and Weber Counties.
We design and build landscapes, maintain residential and commercial properties, install and repair irrigation systems, and provide seasonal services throughout the year.
We're looking for dependable people who take pride in their work and want to be part of a good crew.
What It's Like to Work Here
Landscaping is physical, hands-on work. Some days you're building a new landscape. Other days you're maintaining properties, working on irrigation, operating equipment, or helping finish a project.
We expect people to show up, work safely, help their crew, and do the job right.
In return, you'll work with people who know the industry and care about the quality of the work they leave behind.
The Work We Do
Landscape Construction
Our crews build new landscapes and renovate existing properties. Projects can include grading, planting, irrigation, patios, retaining walls, outdoor living areas, lighting, and other landscape improvements.
Lawn & Landscape Maintenance
We maintain residential and commercial properties with mowing, trimming, pruning, fertilization, seasonal cleanups, and ongoing landscape care.
Irrigation
Our irrigation work includes sprinkler installation, repairs, adjustments, troubleshooting, and improvements to existing systems.
Commercial Property Maintenance
We maintain HOAs, businesses, and other commercial properties throughout the year, including landscape maintenance, irrigation, seasonal work, and property improvements.
Snow & Ice Management
During the winter, our crews provide snow and ice management for commercial properties.
Who We're Looking For
You don't need to fit one mold to work at Millburn.
Some positions require landscaping, irrigation, equipment, or crew leadership experience. For others, being dependable, willing to learn, and comfortable working outdoors is a good place to start.
What matters is that you show up ready to work, treat customers and coworkers with respect, and care about doing a good job.
