Consultation & Site Review
We start at your property. We learn what you want to change, how you want to use the space, the styles and features you are considering, and what matters most to you. We also evaluate slope, drainage, sun exposure, access, existing improvements, irrigation, and other site conditions that can influence the design.

Concept & Design Development
We organize the property into functional areas and begin developing the overall landscape plan. Patios, planting, pathways, lighting, water-wise areas, retaining walls, outdoor living spaces, and other features start coming together as one design. Your feedback helps us refine the layout and direction until the plan feels right for the property.

Phase 3
Materials & Project Details
Once the layout is established, we define materials, finishes, planting direction, irrigation considerations, elevations, and other details needed to move the project toward construction. For projects using 3D visualization, this stage also gives you a clearer picture of scale, materials, and how the finished space will feel.

Phase 4
Construction Planning & Installation
The approved design is translated into a clear construction scope. We coordinate sequencing, materials, site access, and the different components of the project, then our crews bring the design to life. Depending on the scope, installation may include grading, drainage, patios, retaining walls, structures, irrigation, lighting, planting, turf, decorative rock, and specialty features.

Phase 5
Final Walkthrough
Once installation is complete, we review the finished landscape with you, address final details, and make sure you understand any care or operation requirements for your new outdoor space.
