Irrigation projects
Coverage that matches the plants it waters.
Sprinkler and drip layouts planned with the landscape, so zones fit the turf, beds and trees.
What we do
One company for the whole system, from install to winterization.
Irrigation works best when the team that plans the planting also plans the water.
Design & installation
Sprinkler and drip layouts built around coverage, plant needs, site conditions and efficient water use.
Startup & calibration
Inspection, adjustments, calibration and repairs each spring so every zone runs the way it should.
Blowouts & winterization
Lines, valves, backflow assemblies and controllers drained and shut down before the first hard freeze.
What clients say
Designed well. Built on time and on budget.

How it works
From first walk-through to a system that runs right.
1
Site review
We walk the property, look at the turf, beds, trees, water source and slope, and talk through what you want to water.
2
System layout
We lay out zones by plant type and sun exposure, mixing sprinkler and drip where each one makes sense.
3
Installation
Our crew installs the lines, valves, heads and controller, then tests every zone before we leave.
4
Seasonal care
Spring startup and calibration, repairs through the season, and a fall blowout to protect the system from freezing.
Why Millburn
Irrigation planned with the landscape, not added after.
Designed with the planting
Zones follow the turf, beds and trees, so each plant gets the water it needs and nothing runs where it shouldn't.
Installed by our own crews
The people who plan your system build it, so details don't get lost between a designer and a subcontractor.
Cared for year-round
Startup, calibration, repairs and blowouts all come from one team that already knows your system.
Questions
Before you reach out
Can you install a sprinkler system on a new or existing yard?
Yes, both. We design a new system for new construction, and we add to or rework an existing system that no longer covers the yard properly.
Do you install drip irrigation?
Yes. Drip works well for beds, shrubs and trees, and we run it on its own zones alongside sprinklers for turf.
What happens during a spring startup and calibration?
We turn the system on, inspect the lines, valves and heads, adjust coverage, calibrate the zones and repair anything that didn't survive the winter.
Why do I need a fall blowout?
Water left in the lines freezes and cracks pipes, valves and backflow assemblies. We clear the system with compressed air before the first hard freeze.
How much does a sprinkler system cost?
It depends on the size of the property, the number of zones and the mix of sprinkler and drip, so we price it after a site visit.
What areas do you serve?
Salt Lake, Davis, Utah and Weber Counties, from Ogden to Provo.
