Sprinkler and drip systems
Irrigation that waters the yard, not the sidewalk.
Spray, rotor and drip zones laid out for the lawn, beds and trees they serve.
What we do
Design, install, calibrate and repair.
New yard or old system, we work on the whole thing: heads, valves, controller and lines. One company handles it from layout to the last adjustment.
Design and installation
Zones drawn with your landscape plan, then installed with valves, solenoids, mainlines, backflow protection and a weather-sensor timer.
Calibration
For new and existing systems. We check head coverage, zone timers, leaks, backflow, wiring and pressure, then adjust.
System repair
Leaks, dead zones, broken valves and wiring faults. We find the cause, fix it and explain what failed.
What clients say
Designed well. Built on time and on budget.

How it works
From site walk to a system that runs right.
1
Consultation
We walk the yard and look at the water source, the lawn and beds, and any system already in the ground.
2
Design and pricing
You get a zone layout and pricing for the heads, valves and controller before you commit.
3
Installation
Our crews trench and install the lines, valves, backflow device, heads and controller.
4
Calibration and walkthrough
We run every zone, check coverage, timers, pressure and leaks, and show you how the controller works.
Why Millburn
Irrigation planned with the landscape.
Designed with the yard
Zones are sized to the lawn, beds and trees they water, so grass and plantings each get what they need.
Our own crews
The same company that designs the system installs it, so nothing gets lost between design and the ground.
Tested before we leave
Every zone is run and adjusted before the job is done, so problems show up on our time, not in July.
Questions
Before you reach out
Can you add a sprinkler system to a yard that's already planted?
Often, yes. We work around what you want to keep, and we look at slope, water source and existing lines on site before we design the zones.
Can you calibrate or repair a system you didn't install?
Yes. We check coverage, timers, valves, wiring, backflow and pressure on any system, then repair what is failing.
Can drip irrigation run with the sprinklers?
Yes. Beds, trees and shrubs usually get their own drip zones, separate from the lawn zones, because they need water differently.
Do you do spring startup and fall blowouts?
Yes. Seasonal startup and blowouts are covered on our Sprinkler & Irrigation page.
How much does a sprinkler system cost?
Price depends on lot size, number of zones, slope and whether drip is included. We price your yard after the on-site consultation.
What areas do you serve?
We work across Salt Lake, Davis, Utah and Weber Counties, from Ogden to Provo.
