South Jordan, Utah
South Jordan Landscape & Outdoor Living Project
Millburn designed and installed the complete landscape for this South Jordan property, combining a traditional front landscape with a backyard built for outdoor cooking, dining and gathering.
Start Your Landscape ProjectA Finished Landscape Around the Home
The front and side yards use lawn, mature planting, trees and defined beds to complement the architecture of the home. The white fence, walkways and planting create a consistent transition around the property.
A Backyard Made for Gathering
The backyard shifts from the traditional front landscape into a large outdoor living area. A pavilion covers the main seating area, with paved surfaces and low stone walls defining the space.
Outdoor Kitchen and Fire Feature
The outdoor kitchen includes built-in cooking and counter space along the edge of the patio. A square fire feature provides another gathering point nearby, with seating arranged around it.
Pavilion and Fireplace
Under the pavilion, a built-in fireplace anchors the covered seating area. The open structure keeps the space connected to the yard while providing a defined place for outdoor furniture and entertaining.
The Finished Project
The project gives the property two distinct sides: established landscaping around the home and a more structured outdoor living area in the backyard. The materials and planting tie the spaces together.
