Dusk walkthrough
We visit the property at dusk, decide what should be lit and what should stay dark, and draft a plan.

Design and fixtures
We present fixture options, placement and effects, along with cost and how it operates, before anything is scheduled.

Install and adjust
We trench, make waterproof connections and hide the wiring. Fixtures go in at night, so we can adjust each one for the effect you want.

Controls
Every design includes a timer, with each station programmed individually. Photocells and phone controls are available.

How much does outdoor lighting cost?
It depends on the number of fixtures and the size of the property. We give you an exact price during your consultation, before anything is scheduled.
Can you add lighting to an existing landscape?
Yes. Lighting can be added to an existing landscape or included in a larger design project.
Are your fixtures LED?
We use LED fixtures, which are efficient, long-lasting and render color well.
How do the lights turn on and off?
Every design includes a timer, and each station can be programmed on its own. Photocells respond to daylight, and smart controls let you run the system from your phone.
Why install lighting at night?
Because lighting has to be judged in the dark. Installing at night lets us adjust each fixture to get the effect you want.
