Introduction
When your sprinkler system stops working — broken heads, low pressure, controller issues, or lines that won’t shut off — you need someone who can diagnose the problem fast and fix it right. Millburn Landscape has been repairing sprinkler systems across Salt Lake City for two decades, handling everything from simple head replacements to mainline breaks and complete system overhauls.
We stand out because we figure out what’s actually wrong (not just the symptom), explain it clearly, and fix it with quality parts and professional workmanship. Whether it’s a quick fix or a bigger repair, you’ll understand what happened and why.
About This Service
Sprinkler system problems usually fall into a few categories:
- Broken or clogged spray heads: Most common. We replace with quality matched heads.
- Low pressure: Usually mainline damage, a valve issue, or timer problems. We test and diagnose.
- Controller issues: Won’t program, zones don’t fire, or watering won’t shut off. We repair or upgrade.
- Line leaks or breaks: We locate them (sometimes using line locators for buried lines) and repair or replace the damaged section.
- Valve failures: Zone valves stick or don’t hold. We rebuild or replace.
- Winterization issues: System doesn’t blow out properly or comes back wrong in spring. We diagnose and reset.
We use quality OEM parts where we can, and we’re honest about when a repair makes sense versus upgrading a failing system. Some older systems aren’t worth fixing — we’ll tell you that upfront.
Our Process
We come out, run the system, observe what’s happening, and ask questions. We test water pressure, check controller operation, and trace problem zones. Once we understand the issue, we explain it and provide an estimate for the fix.
Repairs can be immediate (head replacement) or may require a follow-up visit (mainline break). We schedule conveniently and always finish with a full system test so you know everything’s working.
