Fire pits we've built
Built to be used, not just looked at.
Ground-level pits, raised surrounds, and full built-in fireplaces with seating walls, each designed as part of the yard around it.
Choosing the right fire feature
Every style, built for how you actually use it.
A simple ring of stone or metal at ground level is the most basic option. A raised brick or stone surround adds presence and comfort, no bending to tend the fire. A full built-in fire pit with seating walls and a hardscape surround becomes a major feature of the yard.
Traditional wood-burning
The most authentic option and the classic campfire feel, at the cost of sourcing wood and regular cleanup.
Propane-fired
Clean-burning and controllable, with lower smoke, good for entertaining without the upkeep of wood.
Gas-line connected
Connected to a gas line for permanent, one-touch use. The most convenient option, and the least maintenance.
Placement matters as much as the fire feature itself
We position every fire feature where it's visible from the house and patio, clear of smoke drifting into main entertaining areas, and built into the landscape around it, not dropped on top of it.

Why Millburn
We build fire features as part of the landscape, not on top of it.
Dozens built across Utah
We've built dozens of fire pits across Utah, and know how to position and build them so they become favorite gathering places, not afterthoughts.
Designed with the whole yard
Your fire feature is designed alongside the rest of the yard, not treated as a separate purchase.
Built with proper clearances
Every fire feature is built with proper clearances and finishes, so it's safe to use for years.
Questions
Before you reach out
Which fuel type is right for me?
We build wood-burning, propane, and gas-line connected fire features. We'll walk through the trade-offs during your consultation.
How much does a fire pit cost?
It depends on size, fuel type and materials. We'll give you an exact price during your consultation, before anything is scheduled.
Do you handle fire codes and clearances?
Yes. Every fire feature we build follows proper clearance requirements from structures, fences and combustible landscaping.
Can you design the fire pit with the rest of my landscape?
Yes. We design fire features as part of your whole yard, including the patio, planting and lighting around them.
How long does installation take?
Most fire pit projects take a few days to complete once materials are on site, depending on the design.
What areas do you serve?
We work across Salt Lake, Davis, Utah and Weber Counties, from Ogden to Provo.
